MT. KOSCIUSZKO WALK

Distance : 12.2km

Location : Kosciuszko National Park

This is a short walk to Australia's highest mountain. A chance to climb the highest mountain of one continent. The starting point is Thredbo Ski Village and you will summit the mountain at (2228m). You can even use the Crackenback chairlift to save walking distance.

Warm, wind-proof clothing is necessary, even in summer. Do not leave if the weather is deteriorating. People have died on the exposed ridges.
