Howe Wilderness Walk

Distance : 46kms

Location : Eastern Coast of Victoria, travelling into New South Wales.

NOTE..See previous walk (Wilderness Coast Walk) as this is a continuation of that trail.

This trail starts at Mallacoota Inlet. Local boats take the hiker across the inlet to Big Beach. This whole walk is one of the country's best and most enjoyable coastal walks. Most of the walk is spent on beaches and rocky foreshores. There are plenty of camp sites and fresh water is available from creeks. Look out for the wrecks of the Iron Prince and the Riverina. The trails final destination is at Bunyip Hole, Cape Howe (New South Wales)
